Please drop me a line if you have any idea where Omal Hussen is, or any suggestions about where to look. He is a 25 yr old Congolese male who was released from Jooste Hospital, where he was being treated after being attacked, on 23 May.
His brother John Diedudonne Mlumba is at Chrysalis and is trying to find him - John's number is 076 1854707 - more detail below. If you are in contact with any places of safety around Cape Town, would you please pass this information to them ?

Dear Mr. Wessels
I am wirting to you on behalf of Nicola from Chrysalis. My name is Maja
Kwiatkowski -- we spoke briefly on the phone earlier today in regards
to a Mr. Omal Hussen. Omal Hussen is a 25 yr old Congolese male who had
been badly injured in the attacks. He was beaten up on Lower Crossroad
and hospitalised at Jooste Hospital on 17/05/08. Omal was released on
23/05/08 and has not been seen or heard from since. His brother, John
Diedudonne Mlumba, is desperately looking for him; he is very
concerned. John can be contacted on 076 1854707. The last person who
has seen Omal is a nurse named Legwande; she works at Jooste in the
surgical ward. The number for the ward is 021 6901000.
I apologise for the scattered nature of this e-mail. I've replayed all
the information that was given to me. I am just a random volunteer at
Chrysalis and cannot provide you with any more helpful details. I have
spoken to John, the brother of Omal Hussen. He is very very worried and
I have reassured him that we are doing what we can to locate his
brother. I trust you will do what you can from your side.
